Our services are tailored to each client’s unique needs, and commonly include:
Weekly in-home visits by a skilled nurse
Assistance during physician office visits
Medication management and administration
Coordination of physician appointments and procedures
Case management and communication with healthcare providers
Monitoring vital signs and overall health
Support with bathing, linen changes, and meal assistance
The Elderly Care Package is billed monthly and continues automatically until cancelled, with a minimum 2-month commitment. After purchase, we will reach out to schedule a consultation with one of our nurses to assess your needs and set service days and times.
